One of the hings I love about these Ultimate Guides is that films I thought of as ‘lesser known’ actually have quite a fanbase. ‘The Return of he Vampire’ is a case in point. I have always loved this film, and genuinely feel it features one of Bela Lugosi’s greatest performances, and it is wonderful to see so much time and effort spent in celebration of it. Among the lovingly restored photos, there’s even one of the making of *that* final scene!
