Product Description
The Exclusive Platinum Collector’s Set – all three editions plus a second postcard set and a FREE bonus art print of Bela Lugosi as Dracula, available only while stocks last. Ships in January 2027.
Some stories deserve more than one place on the shelf. The Dracula Novelisation Platinum Collector’s Set gathers every edition of our new novel of Universal’s 1931 classic into a single package for the collector who wants it all – Lugosi, Frye, the Borgo Pass, Carfax Abbey and a wealth of stills, a good number of them never published by us before, told across 100 A4 pages in each softback and 104 in the hardback. With only 50 signed hardbacks in existence, Platinum Sets are limited by their very nature, and when we offered one with Planet of the Apes Chronicles, every set was gone within 18 hours.
Inside you’ll find the regular unsigned softback, the signed softback hand-numbered out of 250 with its FREE art print, and the deluxe signed hardback – one of just 50 in the world – with its own FREE postcard set. On top of that come two extras available only with the Platinum Set: a second postcard set, different from the hardback’s, and a FREE bonus A4 art print of Bela Lugosi as Dracula by renowned artist Mark Armstrong.
Because everything arrives together, you’ll also save on shipping and on the cover price of each edition, compared with buying them separately. EU and US customers please note: any taxes, tariffs and imports are paid at our end so there will be no surprise charges for you on this product, so you can buy with confidence.

The story that started Universal’s golden age
When Tod Browning’s Dracula opened in February 1931, audiences had never seen anything like it, and Universal never looked back. The novel follows the film every step of the way: Renfield’s reckless night journey to Castle Dracula, the cursed crossing aboard the Vesta, the Count’s smooth arrival in English society and the slow, creeping danger that gathers around Mina Seward, until Van Helsing and young John Harker are forced to act. Garrett Fort’s screenplay, built on Hamilton Deane and John L Balderston’s stage adaptation of Bram Stoker, gave Bela Lugosi the role of a lifetime, and Karl Freund’s camera gave the whole thing its unforgettable shadows.
A novel that puts you inside the film
It’s beautifully written, gripping from the first page and generous with atmosphere, and it brings you closer to the story than any viewing ever could. The film’s unforgettable lines ring out from its pages, but around them you’ll discover what the characters are thinking and feeling, and what has brought them to every turn in the tale – from Renfield’s crumbling loyalties to Mina’s divided heart and Van Helsing’s quiet courage. Dracula, true to Lugosi’s performance, remains a riddle, known only by the effect he has on others. The book also brings alive all the things the film left just beyond the frame, such as the doomed crew of the Vesta, the concert-hall usherette who never remembers her message and a maid left alone in the drawing-room with a grinning Renfield.
The Exclusive Platinum Collector’s Set includes this beautiful A4 print of Bela Lugosi as Dracula by Mark Armstrong, and isn’t available anywhere elseā¦

A cast brought vividly to mind
Every character is written with its performer firmly in view. Bela Lugosi’s commanding stillness and silken voice, Dwight Frye’s eager clerk turned grinning lunatic and Edward Van Sloan’s scholarly, steel-willed Van Helsing lead the way, with Helen Chandler’s luminous, troubled Mina, David Manners’ devoted Harker and Herbert Bunston’s warm-hearted Dr Seward close behind. Frances Dade’s Lucy, Charles Gerrard’s grumbling Martin, Joan Standing’s dutiful Briggs and Michael Visaroff’s fearful innkeeper complete a gallery of faces you’ll recognise the moment they appear.
Three editions, one standard of quality
All three books share an A4 page size (210mm x 297mm) and smooth silk stock inner pages. The two PUR bound softbacks wear luxurious gloss laminated covers, while the hardback sits inside a scuff-resistant oversized image-wrap casing.
Photographs reborn with care
Over a hundred frames and production photographs fill the pages, every one restored by hand by our team. Our full-colour process gives the original monochrome images a remarkable range of tones, from the silver of the moonlit lawns to the deep black of the Count’s cloak.
Clear a shelf, frame those art prints and give your postcards pride of place – then settle in for a long, foggy night in the company of the Count. Do keep the crucifix handy.
